Is the IMC408F1 a street legal car?
Yes. The IMC408F1 has been designed primarily for street use.
How do I register for street use?
Registration procedures vary from state to state but generally require the builder to keep all receipts and have a police
inspection of the car once it’s completed. This is mainly to establish ownership of your IMC408F1.
Your IMC408F1 must then be taken to your nearest state approved service center for a technical inspection. Finally, both
police and service center certificates must be presented at your nearest registration office where your IMC408F1 will be
registered as a self built car.
However, we recommend that you check with your state authority prior placing an order with us.
In Australia the IMC408F1 complies with the stringent “Australian Design Rules for Road Vehicles” specified by the “Australian Government”.
Are there any USA dealers?
We believe that we can better service you by dealing directly with our customers and so all kits are supplied directly from
the factory in Melbourne Australia.
How difficult is it to build?
The kit has been designed to be assembled by any competent builder.
Which engines can I use?
The IMC408F1 has been designed to accept the Toyota Lexus 1UZFE and 3UZFE 32 valve quad cam V8.
We do not recommend fitting alternative engines.
Which gearbox do I use?

transaxle.
How is the body finished?

removed from the chassis and is ready to paint by any competent body shop.
How much room is there for tall drivers?
